We now have a deposit policy for all appointments.
In order to secure your appointment, a 50% deposit of the treatment cost will need to be paid at the time of booking or if you book online.

The Process
The Process
A consultation of 20 mins will be undertaken at each visit. At the initial visit, I will take a full medical history.
At the consultation stage, I feel the healing begins - it gives a chance for you to speak your truth of how you feel, allowing you to be heard. Here is where we can decide which treatment is best suited for you and your individual needs.
All information that I receive from you remains confidential and for my use only.

The deposit is held against your booking as a credit towards that appointment and is non-refundable, and only apply to 2 reschedules, prior to the booking made.
If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment or cancel with less than 4hrs notice, the reminder of the treatment cost will be charged.
