In this session, we will focus on deepening our connection with the breath, allowing for a more profound release of tension, emotions, and mental clutter. Through this shared journey, you will have the opportunity to unlock new levels of relaxation and insight, guiding you toward a more fulfilled and centred existence.

Breath of the Sacred Please arrive 10 mins before to get settled and comfortable. What will be provided: Yoga mats Blanket Pillow Eye mask Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring water Please Note* Medical history and consent information must be completed on booking. *Failure to fill in the questionnaires will result in not being able to take park in the breathwork practice.
